The Val Tho Summit Games are not limited to just a weekend of trail running.
For those passionate runners who want to prepare thoroughly or extend the experience beyond the main event, the organizers offer the VT Boost Camps: intensive trail training camps designed to improve runners’ performance and explore the surrounding mountains in all their glory.
What are the VT Boost Camps?
The VT Boost Camp is a unique opportunity to dive into the world of trail running under the guidance of trail experts, both in terms of the mountain environment and training and sports nutrition. These camps, organized before and after the Val Tho Summit Games, offer a comprehensive program focused on developing skills, particularly in descents, physical and mental preparation, as well as exploring the iconic trails of Val Thorens and its surroundings.
